Cancellation Policy
Life happens — I understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance so another family may use the time. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Consistency is an important part of this work, and I appreciate your understanding.
